About Pixie - 5yo Silky Terrier x (On Trial 14/4/25)
What a gorgeous bundle of joy Pixie would bring to your life.
Pixie is a 5 and a half year old Australian Silky Terrier X. If you are looking for a new best friend she is definitely that. She loves to be near you and follow you everywhere
She is an inside dog and needs to be welcomed inside all the time and sleep inside, ideally on your bed. She is very well behaved in the house, is toilet trained and not a barker. She only barks when someone comes to the door.
When you come home from being out you will receive such an excited welcome home. Pixie will jump in the air for joy to see you.
Pixie loves her daily walks, and will walk well on a lead. She is well behaved around children, and really enjoys bringing a ball back when when you throw it for her. She also loves a snuggle and while you’re watching tv will come up for a pat and give you a smile, then settle top of the lounge near your head.
Pixie would prefer a home with no other dogs as she will want you all to herself. She is untested with cats.
Pixie is currently in foster care in Newcastle, NSW. Her adoption fee is $600, and she is vaccinated, microchipped, and treated for fleas and worms. Since she is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. She will need to be returned to an approved vet for desexing.
