About Muru
Muru is a handsome ginger boy ready to melt your heart with his sweet personality, super soft fur and unique markings.
The key to Muru's heart:
Chin scratches
Sitting on his human’s lap
Pats, getting brushed
Chasing feathers & shiny stars, swatting or ambushing toys from inside a cat cave or tunnel, playing chasey with a ping-pong ball or mouse
Treats and food!
Every day we're seeing more and more of Muru's gorgeous personality, and we can't wait to see him thrive and continue to grow his confidence in his forever home.
Polite - waits patiently until you wake up before asking for breakfast
Curious - likes to explore the linen press, cupboards and wardrobes
Affectionate - gives boops and kisses, enjoys relaxing on your lap
Brave - came to foster carer quite scared, but quickly showed his affectionate side
Gentle, easy-going, adaptable.
Muru would benefit from a calm home with lots of encouragement to help him continue to come out of his shell as a gorgeous loving boy.
He responds well to reassurance and compliments, as this helps him build his confidence and get used to new noises and environments. He likes to spend time looking out windows and currently sleeps on a raised pedestal.
Muru doesn’t mind being left alone, but is very helpful and interested in human activities around the house. He likes to keep an eye on things and follows you around. He provides WFH advice from the lap and assists with IT queries by tapping on the keyboard and rubbing on the screen. Muru is untested with other dogs and cats so is looking for a solo home.
So, if your home (and heart) has a Muru-shaped missing piece, submit an enquiry today!

Adoption details
When someone contacts us to apply for an animal we will send an application form to be completed. When we receive a completed application form we will share this with the foster carer to approve the applicant.
We will then organise a meet & greet with the applicant and the foster carer to meet the animal, learn about their routine, behaviours and what they eat, drink, etc.
After the meet & greet the applicant is contacted to see if they want to proceed with the application and the foster carer approves the applicant.
We will then complete paperwork, payment, and organise a time to have the animal picked up.
Animals are then adopted on a 2 week trial, during which we stay in touch and provide support for the new adopter.
Once adopted we will send through vet records & paperwork and transfer their microchip.
We offer communication and support throughout the fostering & adoption process.
