About Sapphire
Sapphire requires the following in her home, only homes that meet these requirements will be considered:
- Access to inside and outside and to sleep inside of a night.
- A securely fenced yard.
- A small desexed, male dog (not senior or puppy).
- The home can have cats and pockets pets.
- Continued training, group training sessions are highly recommended, to help her grow into a well mannered member of the family.
Sapphire is ready to find her forever family. She is a beautiful small mixed breed scruffy girl.
Sapphire is a tiny (under 2kg at 14 weeks old), however don’t let her tiny size fool you. Sapphire is a pint size princess who knows exactly what she wants!
Although she is a sweet little snuggle bug, Sapphire can also rough and tumble with the best of them. She is fierce and feisty and always up for a game.
This little sweetheart is a social butterfly who absolutely loves playing with other dogs. She thrives in the company of her four-legged and two-legged friends.
This girl is wonderfully dog social. She has met and lived with many dogs of many sizes, but she gravitates towards the smaller dogs as they are more her size for play and chase.
Once all the playing and adventuring is over, sapphire loves to cuddle. She is very affectionate and loving and is super friendly with everyone she meets. Sapphire is currently in foster care with other dogs and cats and has been well socialised.
Sapphire will do best in a home where someone is around most of the time, and must be in a home with a male desexed small dog (not senior or puppy), who loves to play.
Sapphire is looking to be more than just a backyard or lap dog, she is after adventures, to be taken on outings, to live an interesting life and be a member of the family.
Sapphire will need continued training as she matures so she can become a well mannered member of the family.
Due to her tiny size, Sapphire will only be homed in a home with a small male dog, and with no young children, as she could be easily, accidentally hurt.

Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis, we assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animal.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home please send us a detailed email us with some information about the people and any other animals in your home as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet.
We are volunteerswho run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require you to travel to meet the animal you are looking to adopt. For dog adoptions, any other dogs in your home musr attend the meet and greet, this enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
We reserve the right to refuse the adoption if we don't believe it's a good match for our animals.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care or we will assist you in finding them a suitable new home, this is a condition thst you agree to when signing our Adoption Agreement.
