About Pigeon
Hi my name is Pigeon. I am an 18 month old female Kelpie X, I am quite petit with a beautiful short merle coat.
I am a friendly and sociable dog who likes both humans and dogs. I have a lot of energy and love playing chase with my foster siblings. Having the opportunity to stretch my legs and play everyday is very important for me.
I love to learn and am extremely attentive. The best home for me would be one where my human wants to teach me lots of tricks or even do a sport together. I am athletic and clever. I have really good recall and I already know some commands. I like to sleep in my crate at night and I am toilet trained.
I settled in very quickly to my new foster home. My foster family says I have adapted very quickly to her new routine. I need to have some space to run around and play with other dogs but what I do thrive off is attention from my humans. I think I would be best suited to a home that is used to the stimulation needs of working breeds. I need a home who is motivated to continue my training and is excited to see how much I can learn.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
