About Maverick 🧢🐶🕶️
Meet Maverick, the adorable Maremma mix with a personality as intriguing as his name suggests. Maverick has been around dogs of every size and is even cat-friendly, making him a versatile addition to any pet-loving household. He's committed to mastering his toilet training and has already nailed his basic commands.
With an insatiable appetite for knowledge, he eagerly learns from his bigger foster dogs, so we feel he would be best suited to a home where he will continue to have that doggy companionship.
Despite his fundamentally chilled disposition, Maverick retains a zest for discovery and loves to explore his surroundings. He would flourish with a family who has a large yard—or even some land—where he can roam and play. His affection for his people is boundless, and he never misses an opportunity for heartwarming cuddles. He has had some exposure to younger children, and is happy to be around them, as long as they are gentle and respectful.
To ensure Maverick continues to grow into the exceptional dog he's meant to be, he needs a household who is committed to ongoing training and keeping him well-socialized.
Maverick's ideal family would involve him in daily life and take him on a variety of adventures where he can be an active participant.
We would love to see Maverick in a family that has big dog experience, and has researched his breed. This will ensure Maverick is able to reach his full potential in his new home.

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
