About Carrot
Carrot is a sweet and shy young male who may take a little time to warm up, but once he feels comfortable, his affectionate side shines through. This timid little guy prefers to observe from a distance before fully engaging, but with patience and love, he'll become your loyal companion.
Carrot enjoys a peaceful, quiet environment where he can feel safe to explore and bond. His soft meows and gentle nature will melt your heart as he slowly builds trust. He's looking for a family that can give him the time and space he needs to blossom into the loving, chatty kitty he's destined to be.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
