- Hi, I’m Smokey! A gorgeous and cuddly 5-year-old girl who will follow you around the house like a little shadow.
- I love people and attention and don’t shy away from visitors!
- I’m happy doing my own thing for a while but when I see my carers I want all their attention!
- I love to snuggle into my carers shoulder when picked up and I sleep on their bed or in my own spot.
- I am litter trained and eat well.
- I’m best as an only cat but would be fine with another relaxed cat as I get along with my male foster cat. I’m fine with kids over the age of 12 years but I’m not good with dogs.

Our adoption process includes a two-week trial period to ensure you and your adopted pet are the right fit. This can be extended if needed.

The adoption fee includes desexing, vaccinations, microchip (including transfer of ownership), flea and worm treatment and vet check.

SAFE Busselton requests that all persons adopting a cat adhere to responsible containment practices. As per the current Cat Laws in WA we encourage people to keep their rescued cat as a permanent indoor cat or with access to a safe cat run. It is no longer desirable to allow your cat to wander onto adjoining properties. Confident cats can also be trained to walk on a harness and lead. We ask that owners be responsible and keep their adopted cat safe at all times so that you will have a long and loving life together. SAFE Busselton reserves the right to select adoptive homes based on “best fit” for the pet. Although all applications will be considered, being the first application will not necessarily provide an advantage as the adoption committee considers many factors when matching animals to their new home.
