🐱 Foster Update: Bramble’s Takeover

So, Bramble has been here just a week, but she’s made it very clear: this is her house now. She’s like a dog trapped in a cat’s body—a tiny chaos machine with way too much personality, bossy, hilarious, and absolutely convinced she’s running the show.

Bramble’s food obsession? Next level. We’ve had to start locking her out when we eat because if she even hears a fork hit the plate, she comes tearing into the room, yowling like she hasn’t eaten in days, and goes straight for the food head-first. And the dogs? They’re her personal entertainment. They’ll be peacefully napping, and she’ll strut over, give them a “gentle” bop on the nose, and zoom off, daring them to chase her. And like clockwork, they’re up and after her, every time.

When I get home, she’s there at the door, meowing up a storm because she knows it’s time for her dinner. She’ll even climb up for a quick snuggle on the couch, usually while she’s hatching her next plan to keep the dogs on their toes.

Bramble is chaotic, hilarious, a little sassy, and totally lovable. She’s got us all wrapped around her little paw, and honestly? We wouldn’t have it any other way.

*Bramble is no longer in foster care and has returned back to the shelter through no fault of her own. Her foster family had to move houses.*
