He's sweet, smoochy, and happiest when he's the center of your world.

Caesar is a playful guy who lights up when he gets to shake his beloved rope toys or go for a walk. He thrives on connection and interaction - he's the type of dog who bonds deeply and just wants to be part of someone's life.

That said, shelter life has been tough on Caesar, and he's had a hard time coping with the noise and stress. He can become frustrated when overstimulated, so he's looking for a calm, structured home that can give him the predictability and support he needs to feel secure.
