Meet Cotton – Resilient, Affectionate & Full of Life 💕

Cotton is a remarkable young girl who embodies resilience and love. After a rough start to life, she has overcome incredible odds and is now ready to find her forever home.

When Cotton first came into care, she was suffering from a severe case of cat flu. It was so severe that we feared she may lose both of her eyes—vets were almost certain at least one couldn’t be saved. But thanks to the tireless care of her foster carer and our amazing vet team, both of Cotton’s eyes were saved! She’s made a full recovery and now has a clean bill of health, though her eyes do have some residual weeping that’s easily managed with the occasional gentle wipe.

Despite everything she’s been through, Cotton’s affectionate nature shines bright. She adores cuddling with her foster mum, happily curling up for kisses and snuggles. She’s full of playful energy, often wrestling with her feline friends or zooming around the house showing off her happy, cheeky side.

Cotton’s ideal home would have other friendly cats or a companion pet, as she thrives with company. She loves her tubey treats (though don’t expect her to share!), and she’s great with respectful dogs and gentle children too — truly a loving and adaptable girl.

🩺 Medical Notes:
Cotton had a severe case of cat flu when she arrived in care, and while she has recovered fully, she does experience ongoing eye weeping. Multiple vet visits and treatments have confirmed that there is no damage to her eyes and no ongoing cat flu infection. This is simply her new normal. Cotton just needs a family willing to gently wipe her eyes when needed — a small act of care for a cat who gives so much love in return.
