About Axel
Meet Axel - Your New Best Friend!
Axel is a sweet one-year-old Cavoodle with a heart full of love and potential. Though a little anxious at first, once he gets to know you, his affectionate personality shines through. He's selective with food but loves dog-friendly meatball treats!
Axel can be a bit unsure around other dogs, but with patience and guidance, he shows interest in making new friends. He could thrive in a home with a calm role-model canine companion, as long as there are separate spaces and a commitment to managing their interactions. A meet-and-greet is required to see how he gets along with potential dog siblings.
If you're ready to give Axel the time and care he needs, he'll reward you with a lifetime of love!
Adoption details
You no longer need to submit an online application to adopt a dog, puppy, cat, kitten or small animal.
Walk-ins are welcome at our Burwood East and Peninsula locations:
Burwood: Opening hours: 10am – 4pm
Peninsula: Opening hours: 10am – 4pm
For our Warrnambool and Wangaratta locations, please call the RSPCA shelters to book an appointment to meet our available animals:
