About Oreo 🎾
Oreo is a sweet-natured pup who is ready to find a loving new family that can give him the time and patience he deserves. Despite his initial shyness, once Oreo feels safe with you, he quickly transforms into a devoted companion, following you around like a little shadow. This loyal and affectionate little dog would thrive in an environment where he can form a strong bond with his human
companions.
Oreo is an intelligent dog, having made impressive strides in picking up new skills since he came into care. He's toilet trained, although he does need some reminders to head outdoors, transitioning from house training to independent good behavior. He's crate-trained for night-time, which means restful sleeps for everyone in the household.
Oreo plays well with other dogs, large or small, and truly benefits from the companionship of one doggie friend. He thrives in a home with just one other dog, rather than lots of other dogs which has him feeling a little overwhelmed.
Oreo is nervous around young children, so we will be looking for a home with kids over 10yrs, or no kids. He prefers a quieter home environment where he feels comfortable and safe.
This little guy adores travelling in the car, especially when crated for safety. At his heart, Oreo is a companion dog who longs for human company and would be happiest in a home where his people are around more often than not.
Without any signs of resource guarding, Oreo is as good-natured as they come. He craves the company of his humans and would flourish in a home where he has ample companionship. If you seek a smart, affectionate, and devoted companion, look no further than Oreo. He's patiently waiting for a family who will offer him love, understanding, and a lifetime of adventures together.

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
