Miki - Mowbray

We need some help - we are Looking for a Foster to Adopt home for gorgeous Miki she has now spent over 90 days locked up at the shelter.

Miki arrived at Just Cats as a trapped cat, and while she may have been a little nervous at first, she had incredible potential to become a loving companion. She just needed some time, patience, and a quiet space to feel safe.

Miki has come along way during the time we have been working with her.
She now approaches you straight away, seeks out attention but then sometimes she gets worried and darts back to her hiding place, it takes a long time for these guys to build trust but she has made great progress. When you approach her she loves her pats and affection but again there are times she’s not interested.
Miki needs to work with the same people everyday to really change her future and that can’t be us - it’s time for her to have an opportunity with her forever people.
To help her transition smoothly, we’re happy to offer an extended trial period, allowing her to settle in at her own pace. Miki will need a good 3 or 4 months to settle in and feel comfortable in her space and to trust her people.

Once she feels comfortable, Miki’s gentle purrs will fill your home as she reveals her affectionate side. She would thrive in a calm environment with a dedicated space to call her own.
Small children may be a bit too overwhelming for this sweet girl, and she hasn't been tested with dogs or other cats yet.
