Captain has spent too long navigating the shelter seas, dreaming of a cozy home port. He's a seasoned explorer of neighborhood walks, backyard adventures, and cuddle coves on the couch. Whether it's chasing a ball or chasing the sunset, Captain is always ready to chart a course for fun!

🏴‍☠️ Captain's Ideal Voyage: Captain's ready to dock permanently with a family who'll take him on long walks, toss a toy across the deck (or backyard), and offer all the affection as plentiful as sea breezes. He's happiest when included in the daily rhythm of life and would love to be someone's loyal companion, always nearby as your first mate.

🛟 Personality: Loyal, playful, and eager to please - Captain will be your steadfast companion through calm waters and stormy days alike. He's mostly house-trained, knows basic commands, and is working hard on his leash manners.

🧭 Best Fit: Captain would thrive with an active crew-whether you're a solo sailor or a whole fleet-who can give him the love, exercise, and guidance every good pup deserves. If there are some young shipmates (kids) in the crew, bring them along for a meet to make sure they are a good fit to sail together. He gets along well with other dogs (though can be quite boisterous and rough in play) and might even enjoy a fellow four-pawed deckhand! He doesn't sail well with those pesky pirate cats though.
