Meet Albie, the adorable 1-year-old Chihuahua mix who exudes charm and energy! Bursting with the enthusiasm typical of his age, Albie is a delightful little fellow who's ready to shower his new family with boundless love and affection. His heart belongs to his people, and he thrives under their attention, always eager to please and make them smile.
Albie's social and adaptable nature is truly remarkable. He's not just a people pleaser, he's also a dog lover who enjoys the companionship of his fellow canine friends. He has been introduced to cats while in care and shows an easygoing attitude, suggesting he could fit seamlessly into a multi-pet household. His adventures extend beyond the home, as he loves exploring new surroundings, whether on a walk or a car ride.
Previously, Albie was an outside only doggy, but while in care he has been working on his house training, he's shown a quick aptitude for learning and will need someone who is willing to continue his training so he can enjoy the luxuries of indoor living from time to time.
An ideal home for Albie would be one where his people are around more often than not, or where he has another doggy companion to play with.
He has been exposed to younger children but we think children of the age of 5 and up, who would be kind and respectful would be best.

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
