He's affectionate on his own terms-enjoying cuddles, lap time, and head rubs when he feels comfortable and safe. Billy thrives in a calm, consistent environment and is looking for an adult-only home or one with older teens who understand cat body language. He would do best as the only pet, as he prefers not to share his space with other animals.
