🌸 Meet Missy 🌸
Missy is a sweet, sensitive soul who’s just waiting for the right person to show her the world isn’t so scary. With patience and gentle love, she blossoms into a loyal, playful companion who adores cuddles, toys, and following her favourite human around the house.

She recently proved herself to be a wonderful mum to a litter of puppies — gentle, attentive, and nurturing. Her pups have all found their forever homes, and now it’s Missy’s turn to find the loving family she deserves.

🐾    Personality
Missy is a quiet, cuddly girl once she feels safe. While she’s initially shy and takes her time to warm up, she never growls or bites — instead, she may freeze or keep her distance if she feels unsure. But once you’ve earned her trust? Prepare for a loving shadow who’ll melt your heart.

👋 Meeting people & kids
New people can be overwhelming for Missy. She tends to stay back until her confidence grows. She would do best in a calm home with children over 12 who can respect her space and go slow with her. Little ones might be too unpredictable for her comfort.

🐶  Other Pets
Missy loves other dogs and thrives in their company. A confident doggy sibling would really help her come out of her shell! She hasn’t met cats yet, and while she initially chased chickens and ducks at her foster home, she learned quickly — though she’ll still need supervision around smaller pets.

🏡 Ideal Home
She would do well in a calm household with older children or adults only. A friendly, confident dog would give her great comfort, and a patient family willing to let her adjust at her own pace will help her feel safe and loved. A secure home and yard will be important during her early days as she settles in.

🚶‍♀️ Walks & Training
Missy is still learning to trust the leash, so gentle training will be key. Off-leash, she’s quite good — she usually sticks close and has great recall (though birds are a big distraction!). She doesn’t know many commands yet but is a quick learner, especially by watching other dogs.

💖 Quirks & Fun Facts
She was a loving mum to a litter of pups who have now all found forever homes. She sometimes steals her foster brother’s food (never aggressively!). She loves her crate and often uses it as her safe haven. She is toilet trained and only had a couple of accidents on her first day.

Missy may take a little while to come out of her shell, but once she does, you’ll have a devoted, gentle best friend for life. If you have the time, patience, and a warm heart, Missy might just be the perfect match for you 💕
