Mia ***On Hold***

This great little girl is mia, and she has a very sad story. Mia was recently surrendered to us with her 3 day old puppies. Mia really was not in the right condition to be the mother of these puppies, however it was obvious she had given all her energy and nutrition to her six babies, and she has been such a great mum to these pups. Poor mia was so very skinny, and you could see all of her bones through her coat. Mia is only a young girl, but at three years of age she has had many litters of puppies already and we are sad to say this girl was purely used as a puppy factory. Mia's teats are so very deformed and we are not sure if once her pups have been weaned if they will return to a smaller size, as they are so stretched. However this is just a cosmetic issue, and its not what she looks like on the outside that matters, what is important is how very sweet this girl is. She has a lovely nature, she is so very gentle and quiet. Mia is great with little children, she gets along well with other dogs and is not fussed by the cats at all. Mia will make a great family companion, she really needs to go to a home where she can just relax and be loved. She deserves to not have to worry about when she will next be fed, or the that she has to look after many puppies. It is now mia's turn to be looked after. Mia has yet to wean her pups, but once she has, she will be vet checked and desexed when the vet feels it is appropriate, she will then be ready to go to her new forever home.
