Nature
I’m a very sweet boy. I absolutely love head rubs and pats. I’ll roll all over the floor for belly rubs and cuddle right up on your lap when you’re in bed or on the couch. I honestly love any excuse to be close to you! I’ve even started to purr recently, just to show my Foster Mum how much of a softie I really am.

I’m completely food-motivated - food is the way to my heart. I’ll stand on my back legs and even jump in the air for treats. I can guarantee I’ll be your best friend in no time if you give me plenty of food.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I currently live with a newborn baby, and I’m very unphased by her. I think I’d be fine with a very young baby I can grow with, or with older children.

I am very indifferent toward other cats. I live with LOTS of other cats and get along great with them, although I can occasionally give them a bop on the head. I’m often found cuddling up with the other male cats in the house, but I’m also perfectly fine with my own company - so a cat friend isn’t a necessity for me.

I live with a 50kg dog and I don’t mind her, she’s calm and keeps to herself. I don’t think I’d like a dog that’s in my face, but I’d be okay with another one like her.

Likes / Dislikes
I love food, treats, and more food! I also love sleeping behind the couch cushions and hanging out on the cat towers in the cat enclosure - fresh air is great! I’d love a strictly indoor-only home or one with an enclosed cat run. I can’t be let outside without a cat enclosure due to my FIV.

My PURR-fect home would be with loving humans who will give me lots of pats and treats. I’d love a cat enclosure to enjoy fresh air but it’s not essential. A cat friend would be cool, but I’m fine to be your only dude too!

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

Medical Notes: Ziggy has Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) which is a virus that can affect his immune system, however, he can still potentially live a long healthy life. FIV is transmitted through deep bite wounds. Due to his FIV Ziggy will need to be an indoor only cat. FIV cats can live harmoniously with other cats however slow introductions are required to ensure they do not fight.
