Hi there, future best friend!

My name is Xytho, and I’m a six-month-old Kelpie mix (though my foster mum swears I might actually be part wallaby because of my giant pointy ears —but whatever I am, I’m 100% cute!

I’m a happy, playful, and loving little guy who adores my humans. Seriously, I follow them around like a tiny shadow because I just love being part of everything they do! Whether we’re out for a walk (I’m great on the lead!), playing with my toys, or snuggled up together, I’m just happy to be included. And speaking of snuggles… I give the BEST cuddles.

I currently live with some foster brothers and sisters, and they’re awesome! I love to play and would be thrilled to have a doggy sibling in my new home, otherwise I may get a bit lonely. I have been crate trained since coming into fostering which has helped me a lot, my foster mum says I need some time out from social interaction so I can learn how to be alone (but I disagree). I might need a little more time to perfect it, but I’m making great progress!

I promise to bring so much love and joy into your life. Since I’m still a young pup, I’d love to go to puppy school and keep learning my manners. Sometimes I like to see what is on the kitchen counters but I have learned quickly this is not allowed. I’m already a good boy, but a little training will help me be my very best self!

Being a working dog mix, I need an active home where I’ll get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. I love adventures, playtime, and learning new things—so if you’re an outdoorsy or active person, we’re going to be the best of friends!
