Haye

Haye is a cuddly, affectionate pup who thrives in a busy household and adores being around people and other dogs. He quickly settled into his foster home, gaining confidence in no time. While he initially showed some anxiety around sleeping, that faded fast, and he soon became a happy, playful companion. Haye is especially drawn to children and loves meeting new people, always eager for attention and belly rubs-he even melts into a blissful trance when getting them! He's the kind of dog who enjoys being carried like a baby and will seek out affection whenever he can.

This playful boy absolutely loves being around other dogs, especially his foster home's one-year-old Kelpie, Benji. He enjoys games like fetch but gets so excited that he barks at his doggy friends while chasing toys. Rope toys and chew toys are a favorite, and he eagerly joins in on tug-of-war with the older dogs. Chewing is one of his favorite pastimes, so keeping plenty of appropriate chew toys around is a must. Haye also enjoys soaking up the sun outdoors and lounging with his dog buddies when he's not busy playing.

Haye is well-mannered on the lead and happy to follow his person wherever they go. He's a pup who enjoys company and will whine if left alone, so he'll thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time. His foster family worked on building his confidence around food, and he's become more comfortable with humans and dogs during mealtime. He knows "bed" means to go into his crate and has started learning "sit." With continued training and love, Haye will grow into the perfect, devoted companion.
