Dusty wasn’t the cat we planned to rescue that day—but fate had other ideas.

While trying to trap a pregnant female stray, Dusty, desperately hungry and full of courage, beat her to the line. It was impossible to say no to his pleading eyes and lanky frame. And just like that, Dusty became part of The Stray Cats Project family.

This handsome boy has come a long way from his rough start. After being desexed and vet-checked, he began treatment for flea dermatitis—and now, his sleek black coat is growing back beautifully, complete with unexpected dappled white patches on his neck and belly.

Combined with his long, regal face and oversized bat-like ears, Dusty is starting to look every bit the superhero he was born to be.
