Hi, I’m Holly, My babies have all left so now it’s my time to shine and find my forever person.

When it comes to dogs, I’m pretty indifferent. The dogs in my house are a bit scared of me, but I don’t mind them being around. They’re fine, as long as they keep their distance and don’t invade my personal space. I’ve got enough of my own things going on, you know?

I’d totally be fine as an only pet. I’m not super cuddly or clingy, but I do enjoy sharing space with you. I like to be around you,whether you’re sitting on the couch or hanging out in the room, but don’t expect me to jump in your lap or anything. I’ll give you the illusion that I want attention by always being underfoot or crying when you’re outside, but the truth is, I’m not a fan of being picked up or held. It’s more about me being close to you in my own way. I’m kind of like a shadow just in the background, always there, but not necessarily needing to be the center of attention.

I haven’t really been around young children, but I think I’d do okay with older ones, as long as they’re respectful of my space. I’m not really one to put up with rough handling, so as long as they understand I’m more of a “look but don’t touch” kind of cat, we’ll get along just fine.

I haven’t met a lot of strangers yet, but I’m adaptable. I wouldn’t take long to warm up to new people. I’m not super shy, but I do like to take my time before getting too close. I’m not a fan of loud noises or sudden movements, but I’m sure with a little patience, I’d adjust to new people pretty easily.

My favorite toys are the simple things like a ginger beer lid and a crinkly jellyfish on a string. Those are my go-to when I’m feeling playful. Honestly, I think I’d really like a laser pointer, too, but if I’m being honest, I’d rather nap in the sun than do anything else. There’s nothing quite like soaking up those rays and just relaxing for hours.

I’m not aggressive, but I’ll let you know when I’m not happy about something. My real issue is food I’m obsessed with human food. If you’re eating, I’ll be right there, giving you my best “feed me” stare. It’s honestly a bit of an ordeal trying to eat around me, but it’s not like I’m going to stop.

I’m pretty chatty for a cat. I’ll follow you everywhere, but not because I want to be petted. I just like being in the same room as you. I’m not the type to beg for attention; I just want to be close by, maybe keep an eye on what you’re up to. I’m basically a quiet little shadow, always hanging around, but never really in your face.

I’m sweet, pretty, and I respond to “mumma” more than anything else. I’m also a bit of a sticky beak I like to know what’s going on at all times, so I’ll always be snooping around. I’m not invasive, though, just curious. I might not be your typical lap cat, but I promise you, I’m a great companion if you’re looking for someone who enjoys quiet, cozy company.
