She is desexed, microchipped, and has a gentle nature, but she is very shy and takes time to trust new people. She needs a calm, patient home where she can feel safe and build confidence at her own pace.

Missie’s Personality & Needs

Shy but Loving – Missie is a gentle girl who takes time to warm up to new people. Once she trusts you, she is affectionate and sweet.

Best Suited for a Quiet Home – She would thrive in a peaceful household with someone who is home often and lives a calm, inactive lifestyle. A quiet older woman or a gentle older couple would be ideal.

Sometimes Nervous Around Men – While she was initially fearful, she has learned to trust the boys in her current home. A patient man willing to take the time to earn her trust may be okay, but she will need time to adjust.

Great Walking Companion – Missie is a dream to walk—she stays by your side, doesn’t pull, and usually comes when called off-leash.

Not Suitable for Busy or Social Homes – She is easily overwhelmed by visitors and likely won’t enjoy outings or meeting new people.
