About Lily
Meet Lily, a graceful and spirited two-year-old Italian Greyhound with a zest for life and a heart full of love to share. With her elegant stature and gentle demeanor, Lily is the perfect canine companion for those who appreciate the calm yet curious nature of a loving dog.
Lily's social personality shines through in her interactions with other dogs. Her friendly curiosity makes her a delightful companion on doggy playdates or in environments where she can meet new furry friends. However, due to her natural instinct, she might find cats a little too intriguing for a household that includes them.
At home, Lily is a people-loving pooch, always eager to be part of the family dynamic. She is known to alert her family to any odd noises or unfamiliar situations, making her a dedicated and attentive guard dog. While she may bark at unexpected stimuli, her curiosity about the world is bound to lead to amusing and charming escapades.
Although Lily is in need of some additional lead training, she is a quick learner and would thrive with an owner willing to invest time and patience. With the right guidance and care, she'll be strutting confidently alongside you in no time.
Lily's ideal home is with people who are warm and welcoming, ready to teach her new things and include her in their everyday activities. If you're searching for a loyal, lively, and loving companion, look no further than Lily—her charming personality will undoubtedly capture your heart.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
