Snuggly, funny and fearless, Pearly is the Velcro kitty you've always dreamed of!
This vocal ginger-and-white boy is constantly begging to be held and cuddled - no mind games here! He gently nibbles your fingers to show his affection and to request pats. Stroke his head or scratch his chin and he'll immediately flop onto his back, with belly rubs sending him into a state of pure bliss!
Pearly's also whip-smart and food-motivated - we reckon he'll very easily learn little tricks with treats to keep him keen! He loves a brush too :)
He'll do well in a home with another friendly cat, or even a nice dog!
Like all Maggie's pets, Pearly is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will have people around to cuddle and keep me company, and other pets for fun and adventure! I'm not one to hide away when visitors come over, so any type of home - quiet or busy, with one or two humans or a big family - should suit me down to the ground.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm perfectly balanced, if I do say so myself! I tend to match your energy when I'm with you, and get all my zoomies out when I'm playing with my toys or chasing other cats around.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I think I'm an excellent candidate for family life! I like being picked up and I ADORE human touch, especially when there's snacks and a brush involved!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Fantastic! I'm competitive with other toys, but not combative, and really sociable too. I'm super keen to live with another cat after my brother got adopted - or even a compatible dog!

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
