About Abbie
Abbie found herself at the pound after her owner passed away and the family would not keep her. She was not coping and was due to be euthanised but we bailed her out at the eleventh hour. She was hissing and swiping and choosing to spend her days hiding in a carrier cage left in the pen.
Gradually, we took Abbie's carrier and other hidey holes away, and forced lots of love upon her. Very soon, she became a normal senior cat, happy to be petted and no longer hiding.
Abbie deserves to spend her golden years being spoilt and relaxing. She tends to like hanging out on her own or with humans, but is well behaved around other cats too, she just doesn't seek them out for cuddles or play, but is happy to share her space.
Her blood test results were normal and indicate she has many years of love to give to the right person. We want to give Abbie a loving and peaceful home to spend her retirement. Do you have the love and calm in your home for her?
