Introducing Katie, a happy, outgoing 3-year-old blue Staffordshire Bull Terrier.

A typical Staffy, Katie has an outgoing personality and an ever-present smile, which brings sunshine into the lives of everyone she meets.

Energetic and playful, she adores being around people, so don't be surprised if she's constantly at your side, ready to join you for every activity.

Her vocal nature means she's always up for a chat, too, making her a delightfully interactive companion.

Although she pulls a bit in excitement for the first five minutes of walk, Katie settles into a good rhythm and walks quite well on a lead. She shows no signs of aggression when out and about, making her an affable walking partner.

She enjoys mingling with other dogs on neutral territory. However, she takes her role as family protector seriously, so may bark through the fence at unfamiliar canines to let them know she's boss of her domain.

She is fine with cats if they don't run—but if they do, she's after them in typical Staffy fashion.

Intelligent and eager to please, Katie responds well to positive reinforcement, especially when treats are involved—her love for food makes her a quick learner!

Katie's ideal home has a secure, fenced yard to keep her safe, a loving family to give her abundant companionship, attention and consistent guidance, and a focus on mental and physical stimulation to keep her active and engaged.

While Staffies are generally gentle, they can be boisterous and bouncy, so supervision around children is important.
