Hey friends, my name is Venus! I was found abandoned on the streets, and my wonderful finder searched and searched for my home, but no one came forward to claim me. I've since received all my vet work (including spey) and been declared happy and healthy, so I'm now ready to find my forever home. 💖

Just like my name suggests, I'm a total snugglebug with a lot of love to give. I adore cuddling up, chin scritches, and even the occasional belly rub, all while I purr away happily. 😘 I'm also very playful (I am a kitten, after all!) and have a fun and curious nature. I love tunnels, felt balls, wand toys, zooming around, and climbing the cat scratcher tower!

I've met heaps of kids of different ages (2-16) and enjoy interacting with them all, as they're heaps of fun and I like to stay engaged. I'd be great in a family home!

I'm great with other cats, having been fostered in a home with several kitties. I'm untested with dogs. If you have cats at home, be sure to follow the resources in the email from SCA Qld to help properly introduce me to my new fur sibling/s, so we can have the best possible start to our new life together. 💞

I love my food and will let you know if you're overdue for dinner time! I also like to stay hydrated so you'll see me by the water bowl (and the fountain, if you have one). I am great with using the litter tray too.

Medical Notes:
I tested negative for FIV/FeLV and have been an inside only kitty since. I should be kept inside or in an enclosure to keep me (and the wildlife!) safe and healthy.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SCA DOES NOT CONDONE ROAMING CATS – when applying to adopt me, it is expected that I will be kept as an indoor only cat and/or in a suitable outdoor enclosure.

All applications will be assessed for suitability and compatibility. Approved adoptions will commence with a two week trial, after which time the adoption will be final and the microchip will be transferred to you.
