NOTE: You are unable to meet Milo until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Milo in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.


What I need in my new home:
• Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• Further training with basic doggie manners
• To be allowed inside with my family
• I could go to a home with another dog although I am not very interactive with them . I LOVE LOVE LOVE people, so I'm just as happy being an only dog getting all of your love and attention for myself
• Secure Fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent)
• Lots of toys and mental stimulation
• A diet of good quality dry food to help keep my teeth clean
• Lots of love and attention
• I appeared okay with cats when meeting them at the shelter however once my confidence around them grows I might be more inquisitive. If going to a home with a cat they must be dog savvy and we must be introduced slowly.
• No young children as when I'm excited I get very bouncy and mouthy, older children who will be involved with my training should be ok.

Things that I don't want in my new home:
• To be left alone in the backyard without any interaction
• Not to be allowed inside with my family
• Never to go on a walk or rides in the car
• Small dogs
• Small children due to being mouthy & bouncy

My best features:
• Very playful
• Wiggle butt
• I can sit, shake hands & stay
• I have had some basic obedience training and am a generally well-mannered dog
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans
• I LOVE LOVE LOVE toys, playing fetch and a game of tug-o-war
• Well mannered
• Love to snooze on the couch

Where I need to improve / Training required
• I love my food & toys so using them as a positive reward should make my training easier.
• I can be strong on the lead - training and walking me in a halti or harness may stop this
