On Hold
About Rex ***On Hold***
Rex and his brother max were surrendered to us recently in very poor condition. For a breed of dog who take pride in their looks and love to be pampered they sure were sad little boys. It took the groomer one full day to groom both boys, their coats were matted and muddy. Rex doesn't look so gorgeous at the moment because the fur on his legs was so bad it needed to be shaved, but his hair will soon grow back and he will be one spunky little guy. Rex is very quiet and he is a gentle boy, he lived as an outside dog in his previous home, but he has been an inside dog at his foster home, and so far he has not had any accidents, and he really does love to be an inside dog. As it is now winter and rex's coat is a little short we would really like for him to go to a new home, where his family are willing to further his house training and have him as an inside pet. Rex is great with other dogs, but doesn't like to be crowded by them, he prefers his own space. He is also good with small children. Rex just loves to cuddle, he will be more than happy to be a little lap dog. Rex is a little wary of strangers, but once he knows they just want to give him a pat he soon relaxes. Rex has beautiful, big, brown eyes and the way he looks up at his humans really melts your heart. Rex deserves to go to a family who will treat this boy like the lap dog he was meant to be, he is still young, so will be able to play and romp in the park with the family during the day and then snuggle up with them in the evenings. If you would like to meet rex please contact ella. Plus council rego if adopted in nsw
