Hi there, I'm Waylon the Smithfield Cattledog. I have plenty of energy to keep you on your toes! I’m super smart and love to learn, especially when treats are involved—I’ll do just about anything for one! I can sit for my food and eat on command, but I do tend to gobble it up, so a slow feeder helps me pace myself.

I’m in great health, fully vetted and even got my heartworm injection recently, so I’m covered for the year. I love chewing on things (especially if there’s a treat involved) and enjoy going for walks. I’m pretty good off-leash but could use some work on my lead skills. Oh, and heads up,I do get a little car sick.

I’ve been living with a calm senior Kelpie and a 4-year-old child, and I’m both housetrained and crate trained. Unfortunately, due to my family’s work commitments, they need to find me a new home. If you’re looking for a smart, active and loving companion, I’d love to meet you!-
