About Honey
Hi my name is Honey
I’m a little fox terrier and they have said I’m around7 or 8 as I didn’t have a microchip when I was found as a stray. Bit to be honest I’d rather be 7, as my youthful looks have come back since I broke out of the pound.
I was skinny, had a horrific flea allergy due to no treatment. I wasn’t desexed as well.
From my time in foster care my new people feel I was an only dog who was probably a permanent outside dog. Apparently I love men, so maybe my previous owner was male.
I am a typical foxy, with lots of things to say. I’m learning to play with other dogs and doing extremely well. My foster home has multiple furkids. I love love going for a walk to the doggie park.
Still need some practice on a lead.
I’m heading to the vet for a much needed dental, but really need to find my people.
Everyone tells me I’m a petite little foxy, which I will take that as a compliment.
When I came into care I don’t think I ever saw a vet or have any monthly treatments.
I’ve had the complete works here and feeling like a million dollars.
I am on the Gold Coast.

Adoption details
We shortlist and contact families who may fit the dogs needs. If indications are positive, normally after sleeping on it, a home check is organised, then an adoption agreement is completed, adoption donation (variable on account of age and health of individual dog) is transferred and the dog will become part of your family.
All our dogs have had a consultation with our vet, are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and treated for fleas. As we want every dog to be in its own family we try and fit dogs into forever homes, we don’t offer “Trials”. Naturally unforeseen circumstances arise occasionally where it’s preferable dogs come back to us as per our adoption agreement.
