About Daisy
Who doesn’t love a scruffy puppy?
Daisy is a Maltese x possibly Shihtzu judging by her colouring but she has that cute as a button, scruffy puppy appearance.
She’s one of those star pupils who learns everything in the blink of an eye.
Daisy loves playing with like minded playmates, then a paddle in a water bowl to cool off.
She was supposed to have been cat unfriendly, but on arrival Daisy barked once at the cats and has been friendly towards them since.
Daisy learned to use the pet flap on day one, going in and out with the rest of the gang. Needless to say she is totally housetrained.
One or two little whines was all she ever uttered when first put in the crate to sleep beside my bed and not a peep since. Daisy usually doesn’t need to go out during the night and holds on till morning. She has never soiled her crate.
After one or two “crocodile rolls” she walked on leash like a pro.
Car travelling, bathing and grooming are all accepted without a fuss. She never seems to bark or complain.
A home with another playful small dog would be perfect for miss Daisy.
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.
Daisy weighs 4.5 kilos.
Adoption details
Please express your interest by sending an email through PetRescue.
Tell us about the home and lifestyle you can offer Daisy.
We are interested in your family situation (who is in your family) their work/study hours, how long Daisy would be left alone during a typical week.
What you can offer her in terms of activities, outings and stimulation.
If you have other pets - in most cases we look favourably on a home with an existing dog or the possibility of adding another dog at a later stage (the exception would be if the dog being rehomed is not so good with other dogs).
Please also let us know where Daisy will sleep and if she will be welcomed inside.
