Meet Junior, a 4 month old Staffy X Love Bug

Junior had a tough start but has nothing but love and fun in his heart to share with his forever family.

Junior already walks beautifully on a lead and plays happily with his 2 foster brothers. But his most loved thing is being next to his people giving a big snuggle or a sloppy kiss or staring in your eyes to show his absolute love.

Junior is just learning the joy of toys and so far his favourite is rope toys. He loves a game of tug with his carer or his foster brothers. He really loves chasings and is trying to figure out fetch. He would love a family to teach him more games.

He really leans on his foster brothers for guidance and would really love another fur friend to call his own and learn from and play with.
He is currently learning to spend time outside with his buddies and sleeps outside in the garage with his foster brothers without a fuss at all.

Junior will grow into a big medium dog around 30kg so he will need a big yard and a fun family with kids over 8 to rumble with.
His ideal home will be a family with kids over 8, a fun active couple or single, preferably with another big fun doggy friend.

Junior will grow to a big medium size as he grows and he will need to continue training to make him the best puppy he can be. He already sits for her dinner and working really hard on his toilet training. Due to his age, he will need someone home more often than not, and will need to be constantly supervised with any other dogs in the home. He would love to live with people who welcome him inside. He will be wonderful family dog. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life.

Junior is in foster care in Mallabula,NSW. Junior’s adoption fee is $700 which includes desexing when he is old enough. It also includes his first two vaccinations. He has had 1 vaccine and will need to stay home until he has his 2nd vaccine. He has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped. Since he is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to the Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. He will need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when he is 5 to 6 months old.
