About Fish
Meet Fish! Fish is a very sweet little girl, who has a lot of personality. She quietly plays during the morning, then enjoys lots of afternoon naps. This little one loves company and likes to follow her humans around while she explores her surroundings. Fish is a confident kitten who fits in well with other cats, and will warm up to you immediately. Fish has been living with three adult cats while in foster care and is very social. She has a very inquisitive nature and enjoys playing games with lots of different toys, especially a cat feather teaser where she likes jumping high in the air like a kitty acrobat! With her sweet nature and gentle, loving stares she is a beautiful girl who will love being part of a family. Fish will need to remain indoors to protect her from the outside dangers. Adoption details
- You contact us to obtain an adoption application and discuss the animal of interest.
Once the application is completed and returned it will be assessed for suitability. We will also ask for rental agreements or rates and photos of your home. Please also include photos of your fencing .
- A meet and greet with the dog and all members of the adopting family and current dogs are arranged where possible.
This usually coincides with a yard check, to ensure the safety and security of the property on which the dog will be kept. - we understand that this is not always possible in interstate adoptions and this will be discussed on your initial contact.
- Payment of the adoption fee is made in one full payment. The dog is then handed over with any belongings, and all relevant paperwork and records. Please note we do have contracts in place that must be signed.
- Once the 14 day 'settling in' period has ended, the change of ownership microchip details are submitted to council and the adoption is officially finalised.
- For interstate adoptions- The adoptor must have a meet and greet with the animal they are adopting. We will not send an animal over without a meet. All transport costs including flights, will need to be paid in full by the adoptor.
- For cats, all adoptions take place at PETstock Tuggerah unless the profile states otherwise.
