Supersweet Samuel is a mature gent that just wants to be your companion. He gets along well with cats and dogs with similarly chilled personalities or will happily be your one and only. He kind of enjoys his sniffaris, he is happy with just 10 minute change of scenery wanders, he walks beautifully on lead and just plods along. In saying that, he's also just as happy to skip it and snooze instead. He would suit retirement living wonderfully.

Arthritis does slow him down a bit and he will benefit from ongoing joint supplements and injections to help keep him comfy. He needs physical help getting in and out of the car so please keep this in mind when applying.

Samuel loves to pretend he is a mat and will drape himself at your feet at any given opportunity, he really thrives being close to you. He's also very hard to resist when he gives you his best soulful look and a paw for a tasty treat. He can be a bit stubborn at times when he doesn't want to do something though!

His beautiful mane does need regular brushing to keep him looking his most handsome. Due to a follicle condition his missing bits of fur won't grow back so he will always be a rufty tufty supermodel.

Ultimately he just wants someone to love him the way he loves everyone, someone he can potter about with as they go about their day. He's a very easy going bloke.
