My name is Bella, I enjoy relaxing by the window and finding nice comfortable places to sleep. I have taken some time to warm up to humans, I still enjoy showing affection but in my own capacity.

I am looking for a forever home that understands my special requirements since I have had a hard past, a home which has patience and understanding that a connection grows over time as does the trust.
I have the softest, beautiful black coat, when you see me sleeping under the sun you see hints of red shine and my coat becomes quite colourful. If you try to take photos of me, good luck because as beautiful as I am, it is incredibly hard to capture in true form since my nose, lips, ears, all of me is black except for my lucky yellow eyes!

Even though sometimes I look annoyed and grumpy (I probably am), it doesn’t truly mean that I am, I am likely just protecting my space and often very aware.

An ideal forever home, might be someone who lives alone or a couple with no other animals or children, someone who enjoys talking to me and just being together or near each other. I have lived with my current foster family who has taken great care of me over the last two years, it took some time for me to trust and allow human contact, however now when my foster watches series on the couch I am happy to jump down and cuddle up on the blanket on their lap and get some chin and belly rubs. They have been extremely patient with me and hope for a magnificent calm and loving home for me.
