About Rosie
Rosie requires the following in her new home.
- A family after an affectionate cat.
- Another desexed, playful cat or her people home often.
- Toys, scratching poles, and hidy holes.
- To be an inside only cat with the exception of an outdoor enclosure.
Hi, I'm Rosie and my love language is physical touch.
I loooove being patted, cuddled and a nice scratch behind the ear. I know what I want, when I want it and I'm not afraid to demand it! When I want affection, you can guarantee I'll be rubbing up against you until you give it to me.
If you have a kitty friend for me to play with, I might take a while to get used to them before I play. If I'm going to be an only cat, you must be available most of the time to fulfil my demands for affection and please let me sleep on your bed with you.
I love kids who are old enough to be gentle with me. My theory is, the more humans available to give me pats, the better.
I'm currently in care with a cat-friendly dog and will happily live with dogs who will be my friend and be gentle with me after a slow introduction.
If you believe you have a suitable home and enough love to give to satisfy my demands, please send an enquiry through to Pyrenees Animal Rescue.
*PLEASE read the ‘profile’ thoroughly before enquiring in detail.*
*Please only apply if you are ready to meet and adopt this pet now, and if all family members are in support of the adoption.*
*All cats and kittens adopted through Pyrenees Animal Rescue are only available to homes where they will be kept indoors or in a secure cat run/enclosure. A yard with fencing is not enough to keep an adventurous cat contained, or safe from dogs and traffic. *

No known pre-existing conditions.
Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis, we assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animal.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home please send us a detailed email us with some information about the people and any other animals in your home as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet.
We are volunteerswho run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require you to travel to meet the animal you are looking to adopt. For dog adoptions, any other dogs in your home musr attend the meet and greet, this enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
We reserve the right to refuse the adoption if we don't believe it's a good match for our animals.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care or we will assist you in finding them a suitable new home, this is a condition thst you agree to when signing our Adoption Agreement.
