About Maverick
MAVERICK is a lovely boy. He is super sweet and gentle. When you meet Maverick you can see he has a huge heart and only wants to give his love to you. However at first he is very shy and just needs to get to know you.
Only a young boy, he has never experienced any love until Ark saved him. He is such a snuggler! Maverick will get the attention of his favourite people to get some snuggly pats or lay up against them.
Maverick currently lives with kids, cats and a cat friendly kelpie dog. He loves them all, particularly the kids and cats. He loves snuggling close to them both.
Maverick is a Domestic Shorthaired cat. He has a stunning pure white coat with grey tabby stripes.

Maverick has long term nasal congestion. He sneezes. He has been tested for cat flu and cat aids, all have come back negative. Vets say it’s just something he just has. He is a very happy boy, it doesn’t bother him. Not contagious.
Adoption details
Dogs:
(1) The first step is to complete the online adoption application form at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ Please answer all questions and include photos of your yard and fencing.
(2) All applications will be considered by our Adoption Team, following which a "meet and greet" will be offered to the top-ranking applicant.
(3) If the “meet and greet" is successful, the applicant may adopt the dog and take him or her home the same day.
(4) For successful interstate applicants, different arrangements may apply and will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Cats:
