Hey friends, I'm Whiskey! I'm a confident and adorable little guy who is looking for a second chance. After my elderly owner passed away, I was kindly taken in by one of SCA's wonderful vet partners who took care of my desex, microchip, and vaccinations. After healing up in foster care with SCA Qld, I'm now ready for adoption!

I'm a very affectionate, happy-go-lucky, and confident young boy. I love to cuddle up on your lap and be petted, follow you around the house, and just adore spending time with you in general! 🥰 I have a big purr and love to chat with you.

I get along well with other cats (once we've gotten to know each other, of course). I've only met one dog, but we became friends and used to hang out together! If you have other cats at home, or even a friendly dog, help us have the best possible start to our new life together by following the resources in the email from SCA Qld to help properly introduce me to my new fur sibling/s. 💗

What else about me? I enjoy having a play (being a kitten, after all!), I love chilling in the cat hammock and looking out the window, and having a go on the cat scratcher. I have no problem being carried around either, if you'd like to pick me up! I eat all my food, love having a good drink (ba dum tiss 😉), and use my litter tray like a champ.

Medical Notes:
I tested negative for FIV/FeLV and have been an inside only kitty since. I should be kept inside or in an enclosure to keep me (and the wildlife!) safe and healthy.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SCA DOES NOT CONDONE ROAMING CATS – when applying to adopt me, it is expected that I will be kept as an indoor only cat and/or in a suitable outdoor enclosure.

All applications will be assessed for suitability and compatibility. Approved adoptions will commence with a two week trial, after which time the adoption will be final and the microchip will be transferred to you.
