Hi, I’m Lucy and I am a Jack Russell x Dachshund girl.
I might be a small dog, but I have a BIG attitude!
Most of the time, I am a sweet and friendly girl. When something doesn’t go my way though, I let my feelings show!
I love car rides, but I HATE the vet.
I love my family, but I don’t like strangers.
I love my doggie friends…….once I know and approve of them.
I like most children (I was raised with kids) but older ones are best.
I am ok with dog savvy cats and give them their space if they stand their ground and tell me that they are boss.
I need an experienced home. I would love my new humans to help me become the best girl I can be. I am very much a work in progress but with my confidence and zest for life, I will try my best to make you proud. I will do best in a home with routine and boundaries and ongoing daily training.
I know that I am not everyone’s idea of the “perfect” dog but to be honest, I don’t care. I am who I am, and I am looking for someone who likes a dog with a bit of extra sass.
