1. **Profile Understanding:** Have you thoroughly read through Mina’s profile and are aware of her adoption fee?
2. **Adoption Fee Justification:**
Do you understand that Mina’s adoption fee helps cover her necessary medical costs and supports other animals in our care, and that it is non-negotiable?
3. **Household Background:**
Could you provide a brief background check, including the number of household members, their ages, occupations, and home ownership status?

4. **Current Pets:**
Could you please disclose any other animals currently residing with you along with their personalities?
5. **Breed Experience:**
Do you have experience with this breed or have you done a well research about it?
6. **Long-Term Responsibility:** Are you familiar with the long-term responsibilities of dog ownership, including training requirements and giving it adequate time to settle in your home?
7. **Daily Routine:**
How many hours will Mina be left alone each day, and who will assume responsibility for her during your absences or holiday periods?
8. **Providing Care:**
Are you in a position to provide quality veterinary care and nutritious food?
9. **Living Arrangements:** Will Mina live indoors with outdoor access? Please describe the proposed sleeping arrangements.
10. **Change in Circumstances:**
In case of a change in circumstances, will you reach out to us for assistance?
11. **Visa/Residency Status:**

Adoption details
1. Applicants must answer our pre-adoption screening questionnaire when sending an enquiry through.
2.The most suitable candidates will be contacted to arrange a meet & greet.
3. The next step is to fill out the application to adopt.
4. Once the adoption application is approved, the adoption fee must be paid within 24hrs.
5. Pick up of the adopted animal can be arranged upon the adoption fee being received.
6. A two weeks trial is offered with a full refund if the adoption turns out to be unsuitable providing the animal is returned in healthy condition.
