About Nala - 1.5 Year Old Bulldog X
Hi everyone, my name is Nala and I’m an 18 month old, female Bulldog X.
I didn’t have the best start in life. Somehow I ended up roaming the streets and was taken to a Pound. To make matters worse, I was born with my soft palette incomplete, which caused me major eating issues.
When I started my new life with Dog Rescue Newcastle, I was blessed with the opportunity to have the Soft Palette surgery. This was extremely successful and is all complete now and my vet is super proud of my recovery,
yippee! I confirm I can eat nearly anything now! My tongue sticks out too, but that just makes me super cute!! My foster mum will happily discuss this with any potential adopter.
My foster mum says I need a home with a very loving family, perhaps a couple or family with teenage children who will understand my breed and all the intricacies associated. My new family must give me lots of affection, cuddles, pats and understand my need to be close to them.
I currently live with 5 other foster dogs of all sizes and breeds, I get along really well with other dogs; love their company. I’m not a big fan of pocket pets, so NO cats, rats, guinea pigs etc. But I love my toys and my humans, I’m very much a home body, and love to stay inside. I’ll happily go outside if you’re there too, wherever you are I will be happy to be.
I would do well with someone that can work from home or part time.
My house training is going well & I can’t wait to be part of my forever family. I just want to be your life, your love, your everything. Can you please be my new human?
Nala’s adoption fee is $400 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, and microchipped.
Nala is in foster care in Dora Creek, NSW.
