Hi, I’m Tweety. Life threw me a little curveball when my family had to move house and couldn’t take me with them, so I’m back in care through no fault of my own. I’m ready now for a forever home that will love me for keeps.

I’m a calm, affectionate girl who warms up beautifully once I feel safe. At first I might watch from a quiet corner, but give me a little time and I’ll be right there, leaning in for pats and purring up a storm. I’m wonderful with children—gentle and patient—and if things get noisy, I simply wander off to a sunny spot for a peaceful nap.

I could happily be your one-and-only furry friend, as long as you give me plenty of love and attention. I’m slowly meeting the resident cats in foster care and doing well, so I could share my home with another friendly feline after a gentle introduction. Dogs are untested, and because I can be a bit anxious, a dog-free home might be best.

My favourite pastime? Chasing anything with a string or batting little balls across the floor. I also have a funny habit of carrying toys around the house like prized treasures. And if there’s a sunbeam, you’ll find me stretched out, soaking up every ray.
