About Ceaser
Meet Caesar, a charming and friendly boy who is bursting with love for people. He is navigating the world with an open heart and a wagging tail and we consider him a perfect companion.
Caesar currently shares his home with a cat, demonstrating his easygoing nature and ability to adapt to different living situations. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and children of all ages, making him an excellent fit for families.
He’s well-versed in commands like sit, spin, wait, and shake with both paws, showcasing his eagerness to learn and please. He's already making strides in perfecting his manners and is diligently working on greeting with restraint and walking gracefully on a leash.
His mealtime etiquette is impeccable, and he patiently waits for the go-ahead before enjoying his food. Caesar loves being close to his humans for that special cuddle time but is equally content to nap in a crate, respecting your space when needed.
Initially new sounds and objects made him a little timid, but with training he is learning to be a more confident boy. This dedicated training combined with reassurance has helped him build resilience and become the well-rounded pooch he’s destined to be.

Adoption details

We are a volunteer run organisation, who have their own jobs during the day, we don't have someone manning our phones 24/7, therefore cannot respond to all inquiries immediately.
Please be patient with us, as the unpredictable nature of rescue may prevent us from clearing all enquiries regularly.

We only consider applicants that have completed our adoption application form. The fastest way to have your questions answered is to include it in the application form. This will speed up your application with us, and help us communicate with you faster.
OUR ADOPTION PROCESS
1) Email and ask for an adoption application to be sent on farmdogzrescueinc@gmail.com
2) Check your SPAM FOLDER
3) Be sure to include any questions you may have on our adoption form.
4) This form does not obligate you to adopt, it simply gives us an idea of your situation and needs.
5) If you are successfully shortlisted, one of our volunteers will contact you to organise a time for you to meet the dog in question.
6) A home visit will need to be conducted.
7) Should all go to plan, you will be welcomed to start your 2-4 week trial period immediately.
8) The adoption fee will be required to be paid at the beginning of the trial period.
9) During the first week 2 week trial period, we encourage you to follow all our instructions to ensure the dog settles into your family structure.
10) If during the trail period you should need any assistance or you decide that this dog is not for you, you MUST contact our state adoptions coordinator ASAP. (The more notice the better, to ensure we have a foster carer available.)
Please note if the decision is made for you to return the dog for you to receive your payment you will, within 10 business days of the return of the dog.
