Alfred's story began on a rather dramatic day when Cyclone Alfred was predicted to hit! On the morning of the storm, we arrived at 6:45 am to start our day, only to find a little surprise waiting for us at the front gate-a carry cage, flipped over by the wind, with Alfred inside! 😱 It was clear he had been dumped, left out in the cold, and understandably, he was frightened and confused. It took some time for Alfred to warm up to us, but once he realised he was safe, he showed us his true, gentle side.

Although Alfred is microchipped, the details were registered to a breeder who didn't have updated information. This reminds us all of the importance of keeping microchip details up-to-date-let's make sure our furry friends are always safe and sound with their families. 🐱

Now that he's settled in, Alfred is looking for a quiet, loving home where he can feel truly secure. He's an independent fellow who enjoys his personal space and will likely prefer a low-foot-traffic environment where he can relax and sleep in his favourite hidey hole. 🛏️ But don't worry, he's a social chap-when you call his name, Alfred will come out and say hello with a soft purr and a nudge of affection. He also loves a tasty creamy treat now and then-who can resist that face? 😻
