NOTE: You are unable to meet Coco until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Coco in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.

What I need in my new home:
• Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• Further training with basic doggie manners
• To be allowed inside with my family
• I like both friendly male and female dogs
• Secure Fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent)
• Lots of toys and mental stimulation
• Lots of love and attention
• I have previously lived with young children
• Being a social and playful pupper I would love to go to doggy daycare
• I am a clever, young and active doggo - I would be great for dog training, trick training, agility etc.
• I LOVE other dogs but I’m a very energetic and playful dog, so I need a doggy playmate who will match my energy levels and playfulness.
• A doggie companion is a MUST to keep me company when my family isn't home or a family that is home all the time, my previous owner said that I used to sometimes dig when left in the yard on my own! It would be extremely beneficial for me to go to a home with another dog to help keep me in and entertained!
• Leash training is super important for me as I haven’t been trained to walk nicely next to my human, due to that I can be a bit stubborn and strong, but with some dedication I will be the best walker out!

Things that I don’t want in my new home:
• To be left alone in the backyard without any interaction
• Not to be allowed inside with my family
• Never to go on a walk or rides in the car
• Cats or small animals as I may find them fun to chase

My best features:
• Very playful
• Wiggle butt
• Highly food motivated
• I can sit, shake hands & lay down
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans
• I know my basic doggie commands
• Happy to hang out with other friendly dogs
• Social butterfly
• I love attention, hugs, kisses & head scratches
• Love to snooze on the couch
• Exuberant & full of beans
• I am clever and eager to learn so would love a family who will teach me some cool tricks
• I LOVE the water and playing with the hose

Where I need to improve / Training required
• I love my food & toys so using them as a positive reward should make my training easier.
• I can be a bit bouncy - training should stop this
