"I am Groot." 🌱💚 (Translation: Hi, I’m Groot, and I’m looking for my forever home!)

Just like my namesake, I may start off a little quiet, but once you get to know me, I’m full of personality! I love playing with dogs of all sizes, and I even get along with cats. Whether I’m in a home with furry friends or as the star of the show, I’ll be happy as long as I have love, cuddles, and plenty of chew toys.

During the day, I’m usually outside with my foster siblings, soaking up the sunshine and having fun. But when it’s time to relax, I love snuggling up inside. I’ve started crate training, and I’m doing really well—no accidents so far! At night, I sleep soundly in my crate, dreaming of epic space adventures (or maybe just my next treat).

I’m still a puppy, which means I have bursts of energy followed by cozy naps. I love zooming around, playing with my chew toys, and hanging out with people. I can be a little jumpy with tiny humans, so I need someone to help me learn my manners, but I adore being around kids. When I meet new people, I can be a little nervous at first, but once I know you’re a friend, I’ll be as loyal as a Guardian of the Galaxy!

Speaking of training, I’m already learning the basics. I know how to sit (especially if there’s food involved), and I don’t mind if you interrupt me while I’m eating. I’m still figuring out how this "lead" thing works, but I’m a quick learner. With some time, patience, and treats, I’ll be walking like a pro in no time!

I’m not too vocal, but I do love being with my people, so sometimes I’ll let out a little whine to remind you I’m here. My ideal home will have secure fencing so I can play safely, and if you have other pets, that’s a bonus!
