About Iolite
Meet Iolite! Iolite was dumped in a box behind shops with his mum and siblings when they were only day old. Fortunately, a lovely family found them and reached out for help! Iolite is an energetic and playful little boy who loves to have fun! His favorite activities include chasing after hands and feet, and he has a special fondness for toys he can bunny kick with his little legs and paws. When he’s not burning off energy, he enjoys curling up for a cozy nap inside or on top of scratching posts. Iolite is also a sweetheart who loves to be picked up and cuddled, especially when he's in a calmer, sleepier mood. He’s incredibly friendly with other cats and would thrive in a multi-cat household, where he can share his playful and affectionate nature. While he’s still getting used to dogs, Iolite does best with calm, laid-back dogs who respect his space. Iolite is a charming kitten with a great mix of playful energy and snuggly sweetness, and he’s sure to bring joy to any home! Iolite will need to remain indoors to protect him from the outside dangers. If you would like to meet Iolite, he will be attending our adoption day on Saturday the 22nd and Sunday the 23rd of March at PETstock Tuggerah!

Adoption details
- You contact us to obtain an adoption application and discuss the animal of interest.
Once the application is completed and returned it will be assessed for suitability. We will also ask for rental agreements or rates and photos of your home. Please also include photos of your fencing .
- A meet and greet with the dog and all members of the adopting family and current dogs are arranged where possible.
This usually coincides with a yard check, to ensure the safety and security of the property on which the dog will be kept. - we understand that this is not always possible in interstate adoptions and this will be discussed on your initial contact.
- Payment of the adoption fee is made in one full payment. The dog is then handed over with any belongings, and all relevant paperwork and records. Please note we do have contracts in place that must be signed.
- Once the 14 day 'settling in' period has ended, the change of ownership microchip details are submitted to council and the adoption is officially finalised.
- For interstate adoptions- The adoptor must have a meet and greet with the animal they are adopting. We will not send an animal over without a meet. All transport costs including flights, will need to be paid in full by the adoptor.
- For cats, all adoptions take place at PETstock Tuggerah unless the profile states otherwise.
